Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?
     We will produce and ship most orders within 3-4 business days from when the order was placed. During peak time right after NaNoWriMo ends, there may be a spike in orders. At that time we will strive to have everyone's order made and shipped within a month. 

     If we have a production time over that, we will contact you via email with an expected timeframe for your order. 

Do I have to provide proof of participation to order a plaque? 
     Not at all! You can order a plaque at anytime and for anyone. We have had some people buy plaques for their friends to surprise them after NaNoWriMo ends. 

Can I order a plaque from pervious years? Or can I just order for this last year? 
     You can order for any year that you wish. When you order your plaque there is a space to add in the year that you want on your plaque.
